Why would my vaginal PH test be positive?

I went for a check up and they decided to do a bunch of STD/infection testing since i’ve been having unprotected sex. They said my ph test was positive, i guess meaning it’s too high. But so far, my yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis tests came back negative. They’re still waiting on the gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphallis tests. Could any of those cause my pH to be high? Or what can cause that?
