9dpo, multiple symptoms

I’m 9 dpo, I had a little string of brown blood come out when I wiped after peeing, wiped again then just a small light brown smear, now nothing. I feel a bit cramps today, had a headache last night, and a backache yesterday. We baby danced multiple times during ovulation window. I’ve been checking my bbt every morning and using ovulation strips every cycle. Has any one had these symptoms and got a BFP? I want to test but I know it’s way too early. I also don’t want to get my hopes up again as we have been TTC for over a year.
