Horrible back pain/ No Epidural

3 weeks PP .. no I didn't have any medications during birth.

Tonight, shortly after getting my babies ready for bed I immediately started having the worst back pain. It's still hurting so bad to the point that I can barley sit up, walk, stand, and even get up from my bed. I had to roll side to side with tears running down my face and screaming just to get out of bed. What is this? Postpartum birth back pain? Like huh... I already had to birth a baby and go through PP now back pain 😭 no but seriously, has anyone had any back pain & or know anything about this?? Thx
