Should I wait to miss my period to call in to ask for blood test?

I got my BFP 2 days ago but i dont know if i should call to request a blood test now or wait until i officially miss my period?

I schedule after my first positive. They usually schedule pretty far out anyways so it doesn't make a difference.

I got my first BFP 5 days before my expected period . Got an appointment 3 days later with my gynecologist (2 days before expected period) & he did a blood test that day . After 2 blood tests , I was moved to OB care .

I would wait until your period is at least a week late or you're getting really strong lines. Urine tests at the doctors office aren't as sensitive as the ones at home. They're typically going to want a positive urine on their end before doing blood work.
