Is this my period coming back
So I'm 5 weeks postpartum and have had a pretty good recovery. I stop bleeding about 2 weeks ago. Now we the pass few day I have had period like cramps but bleeding the cramps are kind of heavy but they don't feel like the ones I had when I give birth they feel like my period but I'm not bleeding... is this my period coming back how do I tell the difference
