Ava Bracelet Question
I’ve been using the Ava Bracelet this cycle. I was curious, as to how the Ava compares to a typical bbt thermometer in the sense of temperature readings.
Like, the Ava reads skin temp, a standard bbt thermometer reads your resting core temp. I was just wondering if skin Vs core temp could vary simultaneously. As they aren’t reading from the same areas of the body, for a lack of better words
