I need help ttc with pcos

I need anyone and everyone’s advice on what they did having PCOS and have successfully conceived without IVF, I have been with my husband for six years I learned about my PCos about 3 to 4 years ago we tried really hard with the ovulation tests in the fertility drugs letrozole all and estradiol but still nothing we neither have any children. But I’ve been trying to lose weight and I would like to give this a really good shot and I just want to know what everyone did to conceive having PCOS I am willing to try anything and everything, I am currently on trulicity the injection for my insulin resistance I do that once a week, and I’ve been taking 500 mg metformin a day I was on it twice a day but since I moved to the trulicty I’m just taking one now, I’ve been exercising every day and trying to watch my portion control, but I plan on buying a bunch of ovulation test and doing the fertility drugs again
