Good wishes needed.

To all the momma's out there who have had to hear the words 'no heartbeat found', I ache for you. That's what I was told a week ago after experiencing bleeding/cramping. However, I was also diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage. I was told to come back tomorrow morning for another ultrasound to confirm whether the lack of heartbeat is indicative miscarriage or if I was just earlier than expected. All I know for a fact is that I tested positive for pregnancy on 03/29/22. I don't know when my last period was, only that I'm still very early along if my jelly bean is still with me. I'm trying to prepare for the worst but the hope I have just won't let go. So please, if this is a situation similar to one you've been in, share what your reality was. And if you have it in you, please put some good will out for me. I want this baby so badly.
