Frustrated !!!

Since my last period two months ago, I have been constantly bleeding. Some days are very light and most days are like a regular period. I’ve been to the hospital multiple times and the only thing they can come up with is abnormal bleeding and sends me home with a ten day birth control and pain meds, and that didn’t even work. I finally got into an appointment with my obgyn. I just wanna ask any women have they ever been through this and how did you manage?
