Gestational Diabetes

28 wks with MoDi twins and just received a diagnosis of gestational diabetes. Will be consulting a dietician soon and taking my blood sugar multiple times a day. My doctor didn’t seem too concerned, as it can be managed. I eat pretty decently so this was a surprise. I know a lot of factors are at play. I’m feeling pretty bummed. I just want me and my boys to get through this with the least amount of complications. C-section scheduled for 36w6d. Anyone else dealing with this? How’s your journey so far?
