Is my scar scabbing over?

So I’m bloody confused and so ready to cry my eyes out now.

I was in the hospital at 2 weeks after having my baby for a infection, sent home with anti biotics, didn’t clear my infection up even though the midwife said it had so 2 weeks later at 4 weeks pp at the walk in centre to confirm the infection was still there and sent him with anti biotics, now I’m 6 weeks pp had the all clear Tuesday and feel 1000x better no pain, no smell, no heat from it but now they is this gunk! 2 days after I got told him fine and it’s healing 😭 my partner says it’s probably the healing process but I’m so worried it’s not and the doctors won’t get me in saying I’m just being paranoid now 😭 is this normal or? I know two parts are open which I was told by the nurse it is scabbing over and told to take salt baths and blow dry it dry which I did yesterday now I’m scared I’ve caused more damage following the advise given
