Spotting

Anyone else have spotting throughout their pregnancies? I am roughly 6 weeks 5 days with my third pregnancy (1 baby from my first, miscarriage with my second) (dating ultrasound is next week, I went in 4 days ago for one but there was no fetal pole yet so we had to schedule another, we did see the yolk sac though!) I woke up to some light, red bleeding but only when I wiped. I’ve gone to the restroom a few times since (that was about 3 hours ago) and there has been minimal to no blood since… but it’s just so stressful regardless… my first pregnancy was similar to where I had bleeding on and off through all three trimesters and I was just never really able to enjoy my time being pregnant because I was worried the whole time… I sent my dr. a message this morning, but how do other mamas handle the random spotting throughout your pregnancies without constantly being concerned?? 😫
