I went to the ER two weeks ago (spotting)

Currently 10 weeks pregnant and I have been spotting for two weeks on and off. Has anyone experienced something like this and had a healthy baby/pregnancy? The hospital said my hcg level were good and the ultrasound looked good. They said the baby looked fine. They mentioned bleeding can happen during the first trimester. I’m on bed rest. If I do a lot I’ve noticed I bleed more.
