If it happened will it happen again?(hemmoraging)

So with my second after labor in the recover room I was bleeding non stop come to find out I was Hemmoraging and contracting again. They kept pushing on my stomach (worst pain ever) and two huge clots weighing 4 & 6 came out, I lost so much blood I couldn’t walk and passed out. I think it was the worst thing I ever been through. I just found out I’m pregnant with my third, I was wondering if anyone else has been through this and if it’s likely to happen again. I’m terrified. My first labor went amazing my second labor went amazing until after. I just want to know if there’s something I could do to help lessen the chance in any way?
