Is it normal for symptoms to come and go?

Hello! I am newly pregnant with baby #2. (5w4days). I had some extremely sore breasts for about a week or so. I also had a terrible migrane and some slight cramping. The last few days I feel absolutely fine. No sore breasts, nothin. I haven't had any morning sickness yet, and have had some very mild cramping, no bleeding. Is it normal for symptoms to come and go? I've taken several pregnancy tests and at this point they are all dye stealers. I'm just curious if anyone has experienced this, I feel like I should be sick by now, or something 🙃 any info is helpful! TIA 😊

Same thing happened to me, I was feeling extremely pregnant at week 6 (nausea, bloating,cramping, dizziness ect) then at week 7 it vanished and now I’m 8w2 days and it’s back even stronger lol

My first pregnancy I was nauseous, had headaches, fatigue, and food aversions. 
With this pregnancy I’m just tired 😂

My symptoms came and go a lot. Sometimes I forget I’m pregnant until I feel her moving around.

Early pregnancy symptoms are caused from rising progesterone so it's very common for them to drop off until you're around 6-7 weeks when HCG takes over. Expect them to come back in the next 2 or 3 weeks. Even then though some women just don't have a lot of symptoms.

With my first pregnancy I had no symptoms at all the entire pregnancy. 
With my second pregnancy I had symptoms but they didn’t start till 6-7 weeks. 
With this pregnancy Im 5w1d i don’t have anything. Just cramping.
