fussy baby

My 2 month old has been crying several times a day since he got his 2 month shots 2 week ago. I thought he just didn’t feel good but he’s been having around 10 poopy diapers a day, the poop is smelly and mucousy and he’s really gassy. he’s spitting up more than usual and skipping bottles and when he does eat he acts like he’s absolutely starving. gas drops/gripe water doesn’t work. we just changed his formula 2 weeks ago to enfamil AR and it helped so much and have had no problems till now! Im just at a loss of what to do, pediatrician isn’t much help just keeps changing formula around and it’s stressful cause the whole formula shortage going on.
