is this a hematoma or miscarriage?

I’m trying to stay hopeful. i had a miscarriage June of last year and finally got pregnant again in April of 2022. I’m supposed to be 6 weeks today. I started bleeding 5 days ago, just started out as brown or light pink spotting when i wiped and then yesterday it turned red and i passed these clots. i feel like i’m tricking myself into believing it could all be okay, i go to the doctor later this week but it’s making me nervous. :(
