I almost passed out 🤦🏾‍♀️

Does anyone get heat flashes before their period?? This just happened today. I was about to get ready to go to work and I had to stop brushing my teeth because I felt very hot and felt like I was going to faint. I then notice that I’m okay when I sit down and have a big fan on me so I tried again to get ready and I felt the same. I also had two dental surgeries yesterday and the day before. I know I’m not pregnant and my period is in 3 days so is it my period or the surgery?😭
