Can I just pump exclusively ?

Hi moms! Maybe a dumb question but I truly do not know. I’m pregnant with my daughter and I want to breastfeed her but is it possible to just pump exclusively and then feed her out of a bottle? That way my husband can help feed her in the middle of the night or when she’s with my family for the day. Also it would makes it easier when I go back to work and she’s in daycare. I didn’t produce enough with my son but I want to try again for my daughter.
UPDATE: thank you everyone who answered! I had no idea that exclusive pumping is harder than just nursing. I really thought it would be a lot easier lol. I am so naive lol.

Yes. 
You have to be STRICT. Pump every 2-4 hours around the clock (day and night). Once your supply regulates around 6-8 weeks, you need to pump when babe feeds. It’s supply and demand. Skipping a session will reduce your supply.
The goal is 24-32oz in 24hrs. That’s all babe needs! 1-1.25oz per hour. So if you pump every 3 hours, expect 3-4oz total. 
It’s a lot of work but doable! Exclusively pumping is the hardest feeding method. So a positive mindset is best to have when beginning!

Yes, definitely research exclusive pumping. You’ll have to pump every 2 hours to build your supply. It’s not easy at all (I tried to EP and it was so so hard) but it can be done

It’s double the work. Because then you have to feed every 2-4 hours AND pump. And in the initial weeks/months you have to pump when she feeds, so your husband being able to give her a bottle at night really isn’t a break for you because you still have to pump. 
I EBF, but I got a Haakaa pump and when you use it while breastfeeding just to catch your letdown you can build up a nice little freezer stash without pumping. Once my milk regulated I can get 1-2oz per nursing session just in letdown milk.

You can BUT. Honestly I will tell you it is much much much harder and way more time consuming than just nursing. Trust me, nursing is easier.
