First postpartum cycle?

So I'm 13 months pp and officially stopped breastfeeding about 2 weeks ago. My supply has completely dried up, I'm not leaking or anything like that. But for about the last week my breasts have been super sore and sensitive, like they would typically be during a period but no period yet and no signs of one. Did anyone have this happen during their first pp cycle? Are pms symptoms just more severe? Or could it be ovulation? Negative (but pretty dark) ovulation and pregnancy tests. I haven't had a period in 3 years (back to back pregnancies) so I'm just anxious to get back to normal and not have so much unexpected anymore. 🙄
