Introvert bf

Hello guys so i met my bf at work (he’s a dr) 7 months ago and we’re dating now (4 months into dating), so im the type of person that have a lot a friends, likes to go out with my friends,etc..

So i’ve found out that my bf doesn’t have friends, at first at thought that it’s okay, maybe he’ll meet some after, but now im kinda feeling bored of always going out the two of us alone like i want something new( we go out like 4 times per week) , going out with a group of friends, trying new things, i’ve talked to him about it but i feel like that he’s bothered whenever i talk about this topic, last time he said if i can’t love him the way he is and accept his lifestyle we can break up but i really love him he treats me well, and it’s really bothering me, im tired of the routine. What can i do?
