Post partum period

On March 16th I was 18w 5d pregnant. My water broke at I dilated to 10 without even knowing. I bleed for about 3 weeks and then stopped. On April 12th I started bleeding again and I thought it could be my period starting. My period normally last 4/5 days but this time it lasted 10 days.. again assumed my period would be heavier and longer since it’s the first after giving birth. My next period was/is supposed to start the 4th on this and another app and the 10th on 2 other apps. I’m wondering if it may be off now since my last period was longer. I feel period cramps but it’s nothing even mild at all. Period did not arrive on the 4th and tomorrow is the 10th and now I don’t feel period like at all. I did take a dollar tree pregnancy test yesterday because I have been active and it came back negative. Does anyone have any thoughts.
