Who should move musician or uni student

Need a non biased opinion. Due to covid i need to sit my universoty exams at home. My mum has just taken up singing and has a gig in 2 months. She insists on practicing with a microphone and speaker all day. I’m getting annoyed as I can’t focus and the irritation over her not being considerate is making me more stressed than I already am. My mum insists this is her house and i should be able to focus without the noise and if I can it’s something I just need to learn to do. Otherwise I should go work in the shed. I’m making the point that her gig is in 2 month and she can just practice after my exams finish and that as she sings all day everyday she should permently find somewhere that doesn’t disturb the rest of the house hold. She now told her friend who are telling me in life I need to focus without noise so she is right but as they are her friends I think there opinion is biased.
