Back pain 6 months

I am currently six months pregnant and experiencing crucial that lower back pains I don’t know what to do I was in the emergency room on Thursday because of the pain was so bad they didn’t monitor for any contractions I was not going into early labor can somebody please ease my mind and tell me that it’s normal to feel really bad back lower back pain please help been crying all day also my two-year-old tested positive for Covid and I am not feeling so great I can’t even go into my OB/GYN tomorrow because I was exposed to Covid
