If you really like your prenatal, I would get a separate DHA. That’s what I did because I liked the Garden of Life prenatal and it doesn’t have DHA or choline. But if you’re not really attached to it, I would get a different prenatal.

Dha is liquid, it is not in the regular tablets anyway so if you want it, add it.
