Should I be worried

Should I be worried I’m nearly 9 weeks on Saturday I seem to be feeling better than I did a couple of weeks ago no where near as much nausea still feeling really tried and sore boobs but worried as I feel better than I did .

I had a scan at 6 weeks and saw heartbeat and everything was fine, spoke to mw and they won’t give me a reassurance scan on the NHS unless I’m bleeding or pain none of which I have I was wondering if this is normal feeling better mw did say as heading towards 12 weeks I do feel better and placenta takes over but surely I’m bit early for that as still 4 weeks from 12 weeks it’s causing my axitety to hit the roof
