How many times a night does your 7m old wake

My baby is almost 7 months old… on the 18th. He doesnt have a set routine and I bf on demand. He sleeps so little in the day maybe 3 -4 naps that last like 15 min each. I guess its normal… he has some days where is better… my question is though at night he seems to wake up every 3 hours on the dot lol anyone else dealing with something similar? He doesnt have a set bedtime like I said but lets say he falls asleep at 8 pm hes up by 12 to eat, then 3, then 5 or 6, and then hes up by 7…. Sometimes is every hr after 3 am or sometimes he doesnt want to let go of my nipple at all 😔 anyone else dealing with something similar? My first slept through the night at around 4 months old Im so tired
