Pregnancy has you all paranoid or is it just me haha

I am nearly 21 weeks. In the last week, I've felt my sons movement. There was one day, I didn't feel him much. Therefore, I started thinking the worst. Ever since then, he is non stop moving. For the last hour, I've been feeling him. Pretty much the majority of yesterday, I was feeling him. Now I'm concerned he is to active haha

I guess he could still be sleeping while moving, but it just feels like he is always awake!!. I also have an anterior placenta, so wasn't expecting to feel much like this. You can see the outside of my stomach, bumping up and down or like doing a wave motion. Shit now I'm thinking he ain't got much room in there.... damn over-thinking!!
