Stop testing after 4 weeks! Hook effect

This post is to show the “Hook effect” (The hook effect is when your body produced more hcg then the test can ultimately handle sometimes causing false negatives or lighter lines). I am 7 weeks pregnant and one of those moms thats anxious to see if the line is getting darker . Well this morning i tested and even though i got dye stealers at 5

weeks the test line had gotten lighter than my tests i had taken weeks prior . I was nervous of course so i diluted the urine with water (50% water 50%urine) and got my dye stealer back . The hook effect is real and im going to stop driving myself mad now 😂 . (Top test is only urine , bottom test is diluted with water). Brb throwing out my pregnancy tests and patiently wait for my appointment next week 🙃.
