10k HCG and nothing not even black thing

I am 2 weeks late and my HCG measured at 10k so at 5-6wk. But during ultrasound they tried to find anywhere and there was nothing. Literally not even the black blob. They say that my uterus lining is thick like i’m about to menstruating. They say to come back again in 1-2 weeks. What’s going on i cant even say blighted ovum/molar pregnancy because there’s literally nothing not even a small dot.

Idk i cant sleep, i have all the symptoms like nausea, smell aversion and intense fatigue.

Personally i have no hope at all. I’ll be happy with all the results because i dont really plan getting pregnant very early too. (Just gave caesarean birth 8 mo ago to my firstborn and i still breastfeed). I’m actually on my shot, idk how suddenly i still get possibility of pregnancy. But this uncertainity is making me super2 anxious. I cant sleep and i definitely cant wait for another 1-2 weeks.
