Missed pill

Please can someone help I’m so anxious, I’ve been on rigevidon for agesss like years and I have missed 2 pills in a row near the end of my 21 day pack so I missed Thursday and Fridays abs then on Saturday morning I took Thursday abs Fridays and then on Sunday I took Saturday and Sundays and now I’m on my 4th day of the 7 day break and I’ve not had my period yet? I usually get it on 4th/5th day I had sex this Tuesday I know it says missing one you are still protected but I’m panicking at 2 I’ve not been well recently so dunno if that’s why it’s delayed I just need some re assurance and would I miss a period this early on if I onky had sex 2 days ago ?
