Viability/Threatened Miscarriage?

I’m looking for anyone with similar experiences while I suffer through this waiting game...
At 6w3d I had a single gush of dark red blood. It never “flowed” and was probably a tablespoon in quantity.
At 6w5d I had an ultrasound (hadn’t had any bleeding since the isolated incident). We saw a heartbeat and a baby, but baby measured 5w6d and heart rate was 108 which midwife said was too low for 6w5d, but would be okay for 5w6d...but I tracked ovulation, got a positive test at 10dpo, and know I didn’t ovulate or implant late.
Had a blood draw at 6w5d and HCG came back...over 75,000! Progesterone 18. 
Had another blood draw today at 7w1d and waiting to see if it doubled, but if it doubled from 75,000 I’ll be in the reference range for 8 weeks! I go for another ultrasound next Thursday when I’ll be 8w2d.
Anyone have any similar experiences? I am driving myself crazy googling.

Updating for anyone searching this: I had an ultrasound at 6w5d that showed a baby measuring 5w6d with Hb 108. They prepared me for a miscarriage and ordered HCG draws. My hcg was 75,000 at 6w5d and rose to 115,000 at 7w1d. I just had another ultrasound at 8w1d with baby measuring 7w5d and Hb of 155, so this pregnancy is officially deemed as viable. ❤️

At 6 weeks I also had bleeding and went in for an ultrasound at about 6w4d. Baby was measuring 4 days behind even though I had my dates right and HB was present but they didn’t tell me the heart rate then. 
I kept having dark bleeding up to week 9. My 12 week ultrasound was perfect and all good with baby, and I went for another at 17 weeks and baby was actually measuring 4 days ahead of what they previously told me (so exactly the dates I had). 
All these measurements are an average and as baby gets bigger they begin to be more and more accurate but your baby is very small so it might be just that. Hope all goes well for you and your little one 🙏🏼

HCG doesn’t double in 48 hours once it goes above 6,000. And when it’s that high, it may rise very slowly until it peaks. HCG is going to tell you very little about your pregnancy at this point. Ultrasounds are more telling. Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait till your next scan. Good luck to you!
