So anxious tonight

So I have a marginal placenta previa. It was complete but as of last wed it had almost totally moved but still had a tiny piece touching my cervix. I went to the restroom earlier and passed a blood clot and some bleeding. I called my dr of course and they said take it easy and only come in if it got worse or continues. Since then I have only had a tiny bit of light pink bleeding (I assume what was left in my vagina from the clot) but I still feel so anxious. They said I could come in if I just wanted to but they they would just monitor the bleeding as well and that was it. Baby is moving lots just like normal but yeah. I hate stuff like this. Just makes you worry
