Vvfl and now had a little spotting
Today is day 2 of no period, I took a test yesterday and today and could see a vvfl. I’ve just had a bad tummy, feel really nauseous and dizzy. When I went to the toilet I saw a bit of brown discharge and the a tiny bit of red blood.
Is this normal or should I not be getting my hopes up?
