Ovulation test question

So this is our first month TTC, I have a couple different apps to track my ovulation and periods and they give different ovulation time frames. This app says I am 9 days out from ovulation. The other app says I am currently ovulating. I took an ovulation test and these were the results. Now of course I am not ovulating right now but based on these would it be accurate that I’m within 9-5 days from ovulating?
