When to start feeding

My baby is almost 4 months now what should I feed her and when and how can I know if she is ready?. P.S She has cow protein allergy

You should wait until she's 6 months some pediatricians will recommend four however that's extremely outdated information that has been proven to lead to a lifelong history of gut issues. There will be tons of parents that tell you that they started at 4 months and their child will be fine but keep in mind that there's also tons of parents that will tell you that their children went on to have issues. You should look up the readiness signs for babies speak with your pediatrician and do some research to make your own fact-based opinion.

I will also say that food at 4 months doesn't have any benefits for the children need a child doesn't need to eat any type of food at 4 months other than a bottle. Baby cereal has no nutrition.
