Is CPD ok to consume while pregnant ? I’m going to be honest I waited until 6months to stop smoking which was Friday ! Well A day early bc I lost the little I had 🥴 So 2 days in .. I’ve never stopped smoking since I started so for 7yrs straight ! I’m having a hard time I did slowed down before completely stopping I eat sunflower seeds to keep me busy or try to eat candy !! Today has just been one of those days !! I’m craving so bad 😖😖😖

Mama you will hear many different opinions on this topic.. from people saying saying everything turned out fine with their babies and from people saying their kids had problems or know of someone who does.. what I’m going to say is it’s definitely not easy to quick cold turkey , some women it comes easy and some it don’t.. I myself was a heavy smoker before pregnancy for my first two and when I found out I was pregnant I stopped mainly for my first is because I wanted to do things “right” and for my second I was just plain ole paranoid lol with my pregnancy now I have stopped smoking for a year so it’s not as a craving as it was before.. I took a puff literally just one puff every pregnancy because I was super stressed to where I’ve reached a point where I was thinking about harming myself in other ways so to relax and clear my head I did that and to the grace of god everything is fine.. I won’t say go ahead and smoke and I won’t say don’t smoke I’ll just say do what’s best for you and baby and your mental✨✨

Yes mostly the stress made me smoke a lot but if I am not stressed out I try to keep away 🙏☺️

Hey I’ve been smoking cigarettes with weed  since first trimester because of the nausea and vomiting in 5 4 and a half months but I’m trying to quit 🥲
