Burnt out

Hi Lovelies!

I'm not sure if anyone would have any advise but I thought I'd ask just incase.

Currently my work place is running on 3 staff members and no manager. We're open all day 7 days a week and are all casual employees. This hasn't been because of covid but because its a very draining environment and everyone has left on their own accord.

Because we're so severely understaffed, it's been left up to the 3 of us remaining to run the shop, work upwards of 6 full days in a row and more and take on all managerial duties. On top of this when our regional manager has come down she has not allowed us to go on breaks because " sometimes that's how it needs to be".

It hasn't even been a week of just 3 employees and I'm already extremely tired and drained. This job is causing me allot of anxiety and is backsliding allot of the progress I've made for my mental health. I can't quit because I'm saving for my wedding and currently my partner is working 5 -6 days a week away from home in the rain from 6 am -6 pm, I would feel I'm not pulling my load.

I'm not sure what I'm really asking but I suppose does anyone have any tips on how to stop feeling so tired and burnt out? I feel like I have no time for myself
