Belly Bands? Yes or no?

Whats everyones thoughts in belly bands for back support? Im getting to that stage where I have bad back and joint pain after standing too long. Anyone using a belly band? Im looking at the Belly Bandit Upsie Belly support.

I wear a belly band when going on walks with my family or if I’m doing a lot of standing (like while I’m cooking). It helps me out a lot! Love my belly band so much!

I haven't used them but I have found Hydration, staying active, stretching and sometimes using a heating pad to work well enough.
