HSG…what to expect???

I have one scheduled for the 18th and I was reading through the info provided, and it says that there is a one percent chance I could lose my Fallopian tubes during the procedure, have any of you had one and it was totally fine afterwards???? I’m actually scared now

I was totally fine. Forgot to take a OTC painkiller before hand but ended up not needed it anyway. A tiny bit uncomfortable for a minute but no pain. Whole thing was over in less than 15 minutes.

I had mine in January and I was fine. It’s uncomfortable. Take some advil prior, also wear some pads or panty liners. I bled a little bit afterwards. Procedure lasted 15 mins.

I had mine in November 2021! No problems after no pain after a day or 2 of spotting so make sure to bring pads with you!
The procedure it self was less then 10 minutes and the only painful part lasted less then 30 seconds. Take pain meds 30mins before hand. Make sure the doctor goes through everything with you before hand. I’m glad I got mine done
