I need some advice

This is really hard to talk bout but i got an abortion march 29th n actually lost it on the 30th thts when it worked currently still grieving bout it n still sad. I bled for a month straight after 2 weeks it was like light bleeding. It stopped i got my period may 3rd-7th heavy bleeding no cramps tho. period was over im thinkin im back to normal but then this happened while I yesterday the bathroom i wiped myself n light blood thn i put a pad on no blood nothing buh then again today i seen this on my panty liner like i need advice 🥺 i just want my body back🥺
