Back pain?!?!

I expected to have back pain eventually but I feel like it came on so quickly and SO bad. I’m 22 weeks and my back is killing me, even just turning over in bed hurts. 💀 Also having like round ligament pains when I get up out of bed or when I go to sit on the toilet. 18 weeks more of this sounds like literal torture. Anyone else?

It’s back pain but also my hips are so sore. It’s literally almost impossible to get any sleep. All I do is toss and turn because I wake up to them aching! And the pelvic pain this pregnancy is out of this world! 🥺 I keep telling myself it’s only for a few more months but jeez it’s so far away

I have had back pain this entire pregnancy and I have gone to the chiropractor, it helps so much.

I had horrid back pain with my first but this time it's the opposite, ive got terrible pelvic girdle pain 😵‍💫 it feels like my pelvis is broken I stg. And we gotta put up with this for the next three months are you kidding me!?

I’m 26 weeks I sometimes use the heating pad or put a bit of icy hot on the spot that hurts  it helps sometimes but I definitely say get a belly band the relief for wearing one is like a breathe of fresh air. I also support my back and belly while laying with lots of pillow hope this helps.
