Ingrown hair or herpes?

I’ve never had these before this bad.. it’s been 4 months since last time I was sexually active. Can someone tell me what are these and how to help? I’ve popped them once. I’m freaking out!

Herpes is something only a blood test would show for. You can have herpes and never have an outbreak. Go get tested be sure!!

Did you change your hair removal method recently? I tend to get ingrown hairs similar to that using hard wax, strips are fine. Maybe it’s just a reaction to that if you did change it?
