Miscarriage or not?

I really need help.

I had an appointment today for a follow up of my ultrasound. I had an ultrasound on Friday and I was 7w6d and measured 6w5d and there was no heartbeat. My doctors are saying I had a missed miscarriage and won’t give me a chance for another opinion. I asked them if I could wait and get another ultrasound a week later to make sure of no heartbeat or if I could get blood work and was denied. I want to call them and beg for another scan. I could just be in denial but I was in the hospital for bleeding at 5w3d and they didn’t see anything but a yolk sac. At the last ultrasound 10days later, there was a fetus…idk how this really works but could I just be developing slowly??? I really don’t want to start this medication for ABS without knowing. This is my second miscarriage this year. I really need some help.

They also never repeated bloodwork since may 6th from when I was in the er.
