Yeast infection maybe?? Pls help

So last week I was put on antibiotics for strep and about 2 days after taking them by vag started burning and becoming like very dry?? My discharge is kinda like clumpy but not a super lot. Around like my actual vag hole burns the worst especially when wiping after peeing and my labia is very dry. Can’t be std or anything because although I am sexually active with my bf, we both lost our virginity’s to each other and use protection so I know it can’t be any form of std. please help if you know any remedies or if you think this is a yeast infection 💗💗💗💗
