Seperation anxiety

My Australia shepherd has really bad separation anxiety from me. We live in an apartment and he gets kenneled when we go to work and then we get home in the afternoon I let him out so he can run around and play. The problem is because his anxiety is so bad he pulls apart and breaks all of our kennels so he can get out. I don’t know how to keep him in anymore because when he’s out he destroys the apartment and I can’t leave him in the back yeard at the farm because he digs under the fence to get out. I love him to death but he is driving me crazy with the getting out and distorying of my house….
