Does EVE sell our data?

I ran into a video with Desi Lydic talking about these period tracking apps selling our info to third party companies. Does anyone know if eve sells our data? I also found this article which states if we cannot find the privacy policy we shouldn't trust the app. Where on eve do I find this bc I cannot find it? I just wanted to make you ladies aware.
