How to freeze and defrost pumped milk????
Hey yall!! I exclusively breastfeed but I have to start pumping once a day to build a stash for a trip I have next month, since baby is not going with me. It’s been a long time since I’ve pumped and I need to know how long milk can be stored in the freezer and the best way to defrost it when it is ready for use :) TIA!
