I loved these, the b6 and peppermint flavor helped me out a lot. I would take one and then I had about a 30 minute window to eat otherwise I would get sick again and not be able to eat. A lot of times my nausea eased up after I ate. All I could keep down for 36 weeks was crackers, yogurt, bananas, and mcdonalds nuggets lol. Nausea finally went away 3 weeks before I was induced at 39 weeks, hopefully yours gets better before then!
