Conceiving with partner on antidepressants!

Help please has anyone conceived with their male partner on antidepressants of a high dosage my partner is on Escitalopram 100mg and online it’s saying it’s so toxic to sperm he’s been on it years and this could be why we aren’t conceiving has anyone had this issue but managed to conceive and if so how long did it take??
